“ I went with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was the best restaurant experience Ive had to date! The food was a 1010 super delicious and rich!! The service was also amazing, we had Danny and he was so attentive and kind. They even decorated the table, sent over free champagne and dessert because it was our anniversary. I couldnt say enough good things about this place its a must try!! ”
“ If theres one thing I love, its a dining experience that balances elegance with efficiency. Eddie Vs on Belvedere Street delivered just that, and the credit belongs to one person Kari. This woman is not just a server shes a culinary concierge, a hospitality magician, and quite frankly, a reason to book a reservation here ASAP. From the moment we sat down to the last indulgent bite of our Bananas Foster, Kari was in command. Attentive but never intrusive, warm yet professional, she anticipated needs before they even formed in my mind. If youre making a reservation on OpenTable, do yourself a favor and request Kari. Shes the kind of talent restaurants should be fighting to keep so, dear manager, give this woman a raise and start training her for leadership. Now, lets talk food. We started with the lobster tacos, which were exactly what you want in a seafood starter light, flavorful, and just indulgent enough to set the tone for the meal. My entree, the stuffed shrimp, was buttery, rich, and perfectly cooked, while my husbands crab cake and salmon held their own as wellexecuted seafood classics. The real showstoppers, however, were the sides the lobster mashed potatoes were pure velvet, the crab fried rice was a luxurious upgrade to a staple, and the Brussels sprouts brought the ideal crispchar balance. And of course, no trip to Eddie Vs is complete without their Banana Foster dessert its an absolute must, every single time. Im a selfproclaimed regularish at the Burlington location, mainly due to parking woes at Belvedere, but this visit was a reminder that some experiences are worth the hassle. Even postRestaurant Week when service at some spots tends to wobble, the place was packed, yet Kari didnt miss a beat. Would I come back? In a heartbeat. Would I request Kari again? Without question. Would I suggest that Eddie Vs recognize and reward her excellence? Absolutely. Consider this review my official nomination. ”
“ Eddie Vs Prime Seafood is an upscale Seafood restaurant located in the heart of Back Bay. This place has exceptional service, they made sure we understood what was being served at each time, explaining the dish as they came out. Food came out quite quickly, and they even accommodated for any allergies in our party. The food was good. It isnt the best seafood youll find, but the quality of the dish was still high tier. The soups were rich in flavor, wasnt overwhelming on seasonings but still had the thick and creamy texture expected for the soups. The food portions were a bit small for the price, but the quality was still good. The dessert came out and they torched it at the table, providing a great photo opportunity as well as making sure the dish was served fresh and tasted great right away. ”
“ I give my first visit to Eddie Vs in Boston on 9324, a 1010 definitely recommend. I enjoy solo dates, and that particular night was for my birthday. The staff was very accommodating, and that was even before mentioning my birthday. John, the bartender was so friendly and sweet. Alex and I believe Lauren gave me a little history about the Eddie Vs itself since I was one of the first to arrive that night. And John, continued to checked on me and had such patience with my indecisiveness of the menu. They have a live band after 630Pm which made it an even nicer vibe. And on a Tuesday, I was able to find a meter parking spot right out front. The crabcake was the best Ive ever tasted and John brought over the sweetest dessert to help me celebrate my night. I will definitely return. ”
“ My first experience at Eddie Vs yesterday was amazing. It was a pleasure to dine in and receive top tier service. The moment my son and I walked in, until we left we were well taken care of. They accommodated last minute seat changes. The waiter was very hands on and available and to top it off the food was amazing. Im a huge fan of calamari and it was on point. Followed by lobster tacos which were full of flavor and surprises. The lamb chops paired with the chimichurri had my mouth watering. To top it off the truffle Mac and cheese, paired with the lamp chops will forever have my tastebuds yearning for more. I was very pleased with my meal and the service. Speaking of top tier service, I was stuck in the parking lot because my credit card wouldnt allow me to pay. Turns out I left my debit card inside the restaurant. The manager whom was in the grey suit found which parking lot I was in and brung me my card. When I tell yall, I went home and almost cried tears of joy. This was by far the best restaurant Ive experienced. My son and I go out often, I will surely make this one of our goto spots. ”
“ I dined here with friends and it was the best experience! The staff was professional and the ambience was soothing and perfectly suited for the occasion. Food was tasty, well presented. I had the Chilean sea bass, Crab fried rice, and the grilled asparagus. A bit pricey Id add but Id go again . ”
“ This restaurant is far superior to much of the fine dining nearby. Ive been here 3 times in the past 3 years and each time its better than I remember. The cocktails are fresh and novel. There is live music by the bar, as well as very attentive staff all throughout. The steaks and the seafood are truly unbearable. ”
“ Its a mission of mine to try all the Eddie Vs in the US and when staying in Boston recently I came here. I stopped in on a Saturday night with coworkers and since we didnt have reservations, we sat at the bar. Service was decent and was friendly. Menu is the typical menu at Eddie Vs same seafood options, beef, sides, etc. Drinks were very nicely made while we were at the bar. We started with their calamari and it was great, as usual. Then two of us ordered their lamb chops and they were prepared perfectly! I opted for their stuffed shrimp, which Ive had many times at other locations and it was nice. Their crab fried rice was on point, as usual. Overall, we all enjoyed the visit and would recommend stopping in. ”
